Getting Involved

Golding Homes supports and encourages Resident Involvement. We believe tenant driven services will lead to greater efficiency and higher customer satisfaction levels and we offer a variety of opportunities for participation. Click here to view our Resident Involvement Statement for 2010/11.

We have also recently published our Customer Engagement Strategy 2011-2014.  This strategy sets out why the views and opinions of our customers are important to us, and the various flexible ways in which we will encourage customers to get involved in our decision making process.

We also offer other involvement options such as focus groups, open meetings, and research panels. Our Customer Partnership Agreement (958KB) Adobe Acrobat Filegives you details of all these opportunities throughout the year and is updated annually.

We have a set of Service Standards for Resident Involvement, which we aim to meet.

Customer TalkBack Panel

We want to ensure that tenant and leaseholder involvement is at the heart of everything we do. As part of that ongoing commitment to improve our services we recognise that we need to create new ways for residents to participate in our activities that suit you and are flexible.

The Customer TalkBack Panel is made up of individual tenants and leaseholders who we can contact from time to time on a range of services provided by Golding Homes.

Key areas we would like your views on may include repairs, community and estate issues and tenant involvement.

What's involved?

  • Participation in postal surveys
  • Taking part in telephone appraisals
  • Getting involved in small focus groups

By participating in the Customer TalkBack Panel you could be eligible to win £50 in our fantastic prize draw as a thank you for your time.

If you would like to register an interest in becoming a TalkBack Panel Member please call our Community Development Team on 0800 923 2700 or email communitydevelopment@goldinghomes.org.uk

Estate Champions

Estate Champions take part in quarterly Estate Inspections and the monitoring of cleaning and grass cutting services. They are asked to complete a feedback sheet which details the service standards expected of our Cleaning Crew and our Grounds Maintenance Contractor. This scheme enables us to ensure that our service standards are being met.
