Our new homes at Haven Close, Sutton Valence are nearing completion. The rural exception site is located on North Street, less than half a mile from the High Street and Sutton Valence school. In total there are 12 properties; eight properties at affordable rent and four available through our shared ownership scheme.
The eight affordable rent properties consist of four 3-bedroom houses and four 2-bedroom houses. These will be rented to people with a local connection. Each of the properties has a garden and a parking space. All new homes are energy efficient, reaching the Sustainable Code for Housing Level 3.
The homes have been built on the site of formerly unused land.
The new homes will be advertised through the Kent Homechoice scheme. We expect residents to move into the new homes in late 2012.
