Our priority is to provide homes for our customers that are safe and secure and ensure our communities are places where people choose to live. With this in mind, we would like to invite customers to be a part of the Estate Inspections that take place across our neighbourhoods.

We want to hear from you if there are any issues where you live, such as fly-tipping, fire safety, rubbish, graffiti or repairs. Or perhaps you have ideas on how we could improve current caretaking, cleaning, and grounds maintenance services?
You can let us know of any issues by calling us on 0300 777 2600 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are aware of issues in advance of an estate inspection taking place then our colleagues will be able to check these out and decide on the right action to take.
We are also looking to recruit Estate Champions, customers who are proud of where they live and want to inspire and help others to make it a better place to live for everyone. An Estate Champion would act as a representative to let us know of any issues or concerns there are in their area.
