Be safe - scammers could be operating in your area
During this worrying time please make sure you are taking precautions. We have received reports of people knocking on doors offering to collect shopping and taking money or bank cards from vulnerable customers. We urge you to not give cash or cards to people you don't know.
Most recently individuals are posing as coronavirus testers in order to gain access to people's properties.
Please do not disclose any personal information, such as bank details or hand over any money, or allow anyone into your home you don't know.
We take the security of our customers extremely seriously so we urge you all to please check the identification of anyone coming into your home or contacting you.
If the visitors/callers say they are from Golding Homes or Golding Services, we will always be happy to show you our Identification Badge and wait for you to call our Head Office on 0300 777 2600 to confirm who we are. We are always happy for you to check the security of a visitor/caller with us.
If you do receive any scam phone calls or visitors to your home you can report these to Kent Trading Standards on 03454 04 05 06.
