Mayor of Maidstone visits Wrens Cross showhome
The Mayor of Maidstone, Cllr Marion Ring, recently paid a visit to our Wrens Cross development in central Maidstone.
This new development is a mixture of shared ownership and market rent apartments, providing high demand affordable housing, helping local people to get onto the property ladder.
Tom Casey, Director of Development & Sales, said "We’re delighted to launch the show flat at Wrens Cross and are very grateful to Mayor Marion Ring for coming along. It is important to us at Golding, to invest in building new homes for local people and providing quality services to our residents.
“This site is steeped in history and was the location of the first Police station in Kent. The site laid vacant and was derelict for over 20 years before developers, Sunningdale, started work on the new homes in 2019.
