Update to Covid-19 Guidelines
Our teams are continuing to work hard for our customers out in your homes and in our communities.
With updated government Covid-19 guidelines now in place, if our operatives visit you in your home please try to take the following steps where possible:
- Give them plenty of space and wait in another room while they are working
- Wear a mask if possible
- Open a window
- Take a lateral flow test before they visit
- Report any symptoms and rearrange visits if you test positive
For your protection, our operatives will be wearing masks, using hand sanitiser and social distancing where possible.
We would like to assure our customers that we are still providing our services as normal and you can continue to contact us in the usual ways.
