Remember your tenancy number when paying your rent
The easiest way to pay your rent on time is by bank transfer or setting up a standing order. Please quote your tenancy number on the payment, which can be found on the top right-hand corner of your rent statement.
Making a payment without the tenancy number could mean the payment is not allocated to your account or cause a delay, resulting in your account being in arrears.
