World-class athletes are helping to deliver a free programme to support 16-25 year olds to become more physically active and improve their mental wellbeing.

The Get on Track for Wellbeing is a 12-month transformational programme delivered by athletes from Dame Kelly Homes Trust, who are specifically trained to help young adults reach their full potential.

Aimed at 16-25 year olds not in education, employment or training, the course will be delivered by Claire Bennett who has represented Great Britain in European and World Championships in fencing since the age of 14. As captain of England Claire won individual Bronze and Team Gold at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.

The next course starts in September and will initially be delivered virtually via Zoom, however, will move to physical sessions if government guidelines allow. The Get on Track programme is delivered by Swale Community Leisure and Dame Kelly Homes Trust, with funding provided by Sport England.
