Life can be hard sometimes and can really affect how we feel. It doesn’t just affect us physically, but our mental health can also suffer. During these challenging times, it is more important than ever to take care of ourselves and our loved ones.

Two local charities, Mid Kent Mind and MHM Kent and Medway Safe Havens are here to help. Both offer vital mental health support to Kent residents.

Mid Kent Mind provide a range of group-based and individual support to help you better manage your mental health, including out-of-hours support and virtual sessions.
