We announce new Grounds Maintenance Contractor
We have appointed a new Ground Maintenance Contractor who will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping on our estates.
idverde, one of the UK’s top grounds maintenance companies was selected as our chosen contractor after a tendering process, involving five companies.
Stephen Humphrey, Golding Homes Environmental Services Manager, said: “We are pleased to welcome idverde onboard as our chosen contractor and are confident they will provide an excellent service to our residents. They are enthusiastic about involving themselves with our customers and communities to ensure they deliver a customer focussed service that adapts to meet their own changing aspirations.”
idverde Operations Manager, Darren Pillar, said: “We are looking forward to starting our partnership with Golding Homes, and are committed to providing a great service which is tailored to the organisation and its residents.”
idverde currently provide Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance services to customers such as the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Manchester City FC and Regent’s Park. They will take over the Grounds Maintenance at Golding Homes from 1 April.
