We welcome new Director of Development and Sales
Golding Homes has appointed Tom Casey as its new Director of Development and Sales.
Tom joins us from Optivo, one of the largest housing providers in the country, where he has been Head of Partnerships and Joint Ventures for the last 2½ years. Tom has over 15 years experience within the housing sector, having previously worked at mhs homes and Amicus Horizon.
Starting his role on 18 March, Tom will be responsible for driving Golding’s growth aspirations as well as looking for opportunities through partnerships and Joint ventures.

He brings with him many years experience within the housing sector and will be responsible for growing our portfolio of homes across all tenures.
