Current Developments

 

As part of the regeneration of Fielding Park (Cambridge Crescent) we are building 119 new homes and 4 commercial units in Phase 1; 40 for Social Rent, 53 for Affordable Rent and 26 will be for sale with  Golding Places  under Shared Ownership.  These homes will be built by Skillcrown and are due to complete in Spring 2026.

As part of the regeneration of Fielding Park (Cambridge Crescent) we are building 57 new homes in Phase 2; 36 for Social Rent and 21 will be for sale with Golding Places under Shared Ownership. These homes will be built by Skillcrown and are due to complete in Summer 2027.

We're purchasing 43 new homes at Haven Farm, Sutton Valence from Fernham Homes; 23 for affordable rent and 20 will be available for sale with Golding Places under Shared Ownership.  These homes are due to complete, in phases, in 2026.

 

We're purchasing 51 new homes with Croudace Homes Limited in Hermitage Lane, Barming; 31 will be for Affordable Rent and 20 will be for sale with Golding Places under Shared Ownership.  These properties are due to complete in phases in 2026/27.

We're purchasing 9 new homes at Hermitage Lane from Esquire Homes; 5 will be for Affordable Rent and 4 will be available for sale with Golding Places under Shared Ownership. These homes are due to complete in August 2026.

We're purchasing 54 new homes on phase 2 of the development at Oakapple Lane, Barming, from Taylor Wimpey; 38 will be for affordable rent and 16 will be for sale with  Golding Places  under Shared Ownership. These properties are due to complete in Winter 2025.  These are in addition to the 32 homes on phase 1 which completed in 2022.

We're purchasing 72 new homes on the Oxenden Park development in Herne Bay from Bellway Homes; 51 will be for affordable rent and 21 will be available for sale with Golding Places under Shared Ownership.  These homes are due to complete in phases by Autumn 2025.

We're purchasing 57 new homes for affordable rent at Parsonage Place, Otham, Langley, from Bellway Homes Ltd.  These properties are due to complete Autumn 2025 to early 2026.

We're purchasing 55 new homes at Rosewood, Maidstone from Vistry Homes; 36 will be for Affordable Rent and 19 will be available for sale with Golding Places under Shared Ownership. These homes are due to complete in Summer 2027 and early 2029.

We're building 8 new homes on former garage sites in Headcorn, Ringlestone and Sutton Valence. These homes will be available for sale with  Golding Places  under  Shared Ownership.  The homes are due to complete in Spring 2026.

We're in contract with Chartway Partnership Groups to complete 73 new homes at Somerfield Terrace; 21 will be for social rent, 30 will be for market rent, 20 will be for sale under Shared Ownership, and two will be for market sale with Golding Places. This development is due for completion by Summer 2026.
