Bathrooms
Your bathroom is essential to your health and wellbeing. We’ll keep it in good repair and keep the hot and cold water flowing. If your tiles or fittings have been damaged or need to be replaced through wear and tear, then we’ll always try to match the colour and style, but where this isn't possible, we’ll colour match as best we can.
Blocked toilets are a real inconvenience and can lead to a mess in your home. Nappies, sanitary products and wet wipes are almost guaranteed to block your toilet, so please don't flush these. If we need to come and clear these kinds of blockages, you’ll also be charged. Please work with us to avoid this problem and any charges.
We’ll repair electric showers that we’ve installed. This isn’t classed as an emergency as in most cases, you’re able to use your wash hand basin until we complete the repair.
