We’re a housing association providing homes and services to over 21,000 people in need across Kent.

Established in 2004 following the transfer of homes from Maidstone Borough Council, we have invested more than £170m in regenerating our homes and neighbourhoods. Our priority is to provide homes for our customers that are safe and secure and ensure our communities are places where people choose to live. 

Our vision is to deliver outstanding services, great homes and proud communities. 

Today we own and manage just over 8,000 properties and provide a home for more than 21,000 people. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality safe homes for social, affordable and market rent, shared ownership and outright sale. All our profits are invested back into building more new homes, reinvesting in our housing stock and delivering services.
