We’re a housing association providing homes and services to over 20,000 people in need across Kent.
Established in 2004 following the transfer of homes from Maidstone Borough Council, we have invested more than £200m in regenerating our homes and neighbourhoods. Our priority is to provide homes for our residents that are safe and secure and ensure our communities are places where people choose to live.
We manage over 7,650 homes and provide services to more than 20,000 people. We are committed to developing high-quality new homes for affordable and market rent, shared ownership, and outright sale. All our profits are invested back into building more new homes, reinvesting in our housing stock, and delivering services.
Our passion is to provide an excellent service and aspire to be an organisation of choice for our residents and staff. We employ over 140 talented members of staff who are committed to ensuring we deliver our promises. Read our Strategic Plan to find out more about our vision for the future.
As the largest landlord in Maidstone, we embrace our social responsibility to invest in our communities and improve the life opportunities of our residents.
Golding Vision is our community arm and supports our work in building sustainable communities through an innovative programme of projects and initiatives.
Golding Services is our maintenance arm, with over 70 members of staff delivering an exceptional repair and maintenance service to residents and leaseholders.
