We invest in individual homes all the time and understand that sometimes more time, money and effort needs to be invested to improve a whole area.

We've identified the Cambridge Crescent area in Maidstone as an area that could benefit from significant investment to create a new vision for the heart of Shepway. 

We'll achieve this by developing 236 new, energy efficient affordable homes, with a thriving modern shopping area, and improved landscaping and community facilities. Our aim is to create a vibrant community where people are proud to live.
