1. Sue Chalkley - Interim Chief Executive

    Sue has joined Golding as our Interim Chief Executive Officer, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a variety of housing roles, most recently as Chief Executive for 11 years at Hastoe Housing Group.

    Sue is passionate about housing, having worked in the social housing sector all her life. She has strong housing management, regeneration and development experience and has worked in urban and rural settings, with both tenants and leaseholders.

    Sue was awarded the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2013 for services to housing and tenants.

  2. Tom Casey - Director of Development and Sales

    Tom is responsible for leading our Development and Sales Team, overseeing Golding's ambitious growth and investment programme.

    Tom joined Golding in March 2019 from Optivo where he was Head of Partnerships and Joint Ventures. During his time there he was instrumental in increasing the future programme to over 1000 homes per annum, working on a variety of complex acquisition and joint venture projects. He has over 15 years’ experience in the housing sector, having worked in a number of Senior positions at mhs Homes and AmicusHorizon.

    Tom is a chartered member of RICS. He is dedicated to increasing Golding’s portfolio of homes, and building sustainable communities where our residents choose to live.

  3. Annemarie Roberts - Director of Operations

    Annemarie is responsible for serving our customers and looking after our properties. She joined the organisation in December 2019 from One Housing as their Director of Customer Operations, where she played a leading role in business transformation and modernisation. Annemarie brings with her over 12 years’ experience within the housing industry. She started her career as a property solicitor and also more recently served as a board member for national networking group WISH – Women in Social Housing.

    Annemarie is dedicated to keeping Golding Homes’ residents safe and delivering modern customer service.  

  4. David Hart - Director of Finance and Corporate Services

    David Hart is part of our executive team at Golding Homes, who help keep Golding Homes the business that it is today. Get in touch with our team today.

    David is responsible for leading our finance and corporate services teams to ensure they deliver a first-class service for both colleagues and customers. He has over 12 years of sector experience, previously working at Director level for Chelmer Housing Partnership, Catalyst and Moat, and most recently delivering the successful merger of Colne and Greenfields to become Eastlight Community Homes. 

    David is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and previously led the issue of a £200million corporate bond, securing two credit ratings and competitive pricing to fund the development of over 2,000 new homes.  

    David is committed to ensuring Golding is a sustainable, resilient and highly competent organisation which continues to deliver for our customers.
