Stephanie Goad - Chief Executive

Steph joined Golding in February 2022 from fellow Kent landlord mhs homes, where she'd been Operations Director for four years following a long career in local government.  

Steph's passionate about housing and the role housing associations can play in stepping up to help combat the housing crisis, improve quality of lives and deliver the excellent services that all customers have the right to receive.  She is customer focused and gets great satisfaction from leading a community-based housing association where she can be close to the customers Golding serves. 

Having been a non-executive director at Medway community healthcare Steph is keen to maximise the links between housing and health to benefit customers and communities. 

Steph brings a wealth of experience, both from Board level and a range of senior roles. She's also a trustee for Kent-based homeless charity, Porchlight. 

David Hart - Director of Finance

David Hart - Director of Finance

David's responsible for leading our finance and procurement teams to make sure they deliver a first-class service for both colleagues and customers. He has over 12 years of sector experience, previously working at Director level for Chelmer Housing Partnership, Catalyst and Moat, and most recently delivering the successful merger of Colne and Greenfields to become Eastlight Community Homes. 

David is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and previously led the issue of a £200million corporate bond, securing two credit ratings and competitive pricing to fund the development of over 2,000 new homes.  

David's committed to ensuring we're a sustainable, resilient and highly competent organisation which continues to deliver for our customers.  

Rebecca Taylor - Director of Business Change

Rebecca Taylor Executive Director of Business Change

Rebecca joined Golding in May 2024 and oversees key central service teams, including Strategic Planning & Information Management, People, Communications and IT. She’s responsible for leading the delivery of our Fit for Future programme which aims to improve services for customers and deliver transformational change to Golding.

Rebecca has a strong background in transformation combined with experience in the social housing sector, from previous roles at mhs homes and most recently as Principal Consultant for Altair Consultancy and Advisory Services.

Rebecca feels passionately about using her experience to help Golding achieve their ambitions and deliver a positive impact to the people and communities we serve.

Genette Pinwill - Director of Customer Experience

Genette Pinwill - Director of Customer Experience

Genette joined Golding in 2020 and has 20 years’ experience working in local authority regeneration programmes and social housing. She’s responsible for leading our full range of operational services including housing management, commercial, customer engagement, insight and resolutions, social value and community investment.

Genette is a member of Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and Kent Housing Group (KHG), and current Chair of the KHG health, housing and social care forum. She holds a BA Hons (Politics), Masters in Public Policy, and a post graduate Diploma in housing leadership. Genette holds LEAN management and Institute of Leadership Management certifications which enables her to apply best practice and continuous improvement methods to her work. 

Genette is passionate about creating customer-centred housing services that empower people to sustain stable homes, strengthen local communities, and foster places where residents feel safe, connected, and proud to live.

Neil Diddams - Director of Property

Neil Diddams - Director of Property

Neil joined Golding Homes in September 2026, having previously been Executive Director of Property and Asset Management at West Kent Housing Association. 

Neil has over 15 years' experience in property, asset management and operational services within social housing, including repairs and maintenance, planned investment, building safety, compliance and sustainability. He has a strong track record of improving customer services and operational performance and has experience of leading service transformation, including digital and technology-enabled change. 

Neil's passionate about delivering safe, high-quality homes and excellent services for customers and is a strong believer in using customer insight, data and asset intelligence to drive investment decisions. He's particularly interested in ensuring investment delivers long term value for our customers and Golding.
