Gary has over 18 years experience in the housing sector, having held senior and Director positions in a number of housing associations including Moat, Peabody and mhs Homes. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
Gary is committed to great customer service, developing his teams and is very interested in how technology and innovation can transform organisational effectiveness.
Jillie is responsible for the delivery of our housing and property services. She has more than 25 years housing experience in London and the South East. Jillie worked in a variety of roles for Lewisham Council, with her last two years as Head of Strategy and Commissioning. Jillie joined the organisation in 2009 from the Orbit Group where she worked as Director of Operations for four years. She is passionate about improving the life choices and opportunities for those we serve through delivery of high quality services, and the provision of homes and an environment that our residents can be proud of.
Neil is responsible for the provision of Finance, Human Resources, ICT and Facilities services at Golding Homes. He joined the organisation in January 2017 from Transport for London, where over 15 years he progressed from a Finance Graduate Trainee to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.
Neil is passionate about providing efficient and effective activities that support the delivery of high quality services for new and future residents and customers.
Tom is responsible for leading our Development and Sales Team, overseeing Golding's ambitious growth and investment programme.
Tom joined Golding in March 2019 from Optivo where he was Head of Partnerships and Joint Ventures. During his time there he was instrumental in increasing the future programme to over 1000 homes per annum, working on a variety of complex acquisition and joint venture projects. He has over 15 years’ experience in the housing sector, having worked in a number of Senior positions at mhs Homes and AmicusHorizon.
Tom is a chartered member of RICS. He is dedicated to increasing Golding’s portfolio of homes, and building sustainable communities where our residents choose to live.
