Paying Your Rent

Register for our new customer portal, MyGolding, to pay your rent and access your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It's the quickest and easiest way to make a payment and view your rent statements. You can also set up a Direct Debit, giving you peace of mind that your rent will be paid on time each month.  

Registration is easy. Just follow the link and have your tenancy number and a valid email address to hand. You can find your tenancy number at the top of your most recent rent statement. 

Direct Debit is seen as the easiest way to pay rent by many of our customers. but we do offer alternative ways to pay. If you want to discuss these, please call us on 0300 777 2600 or email
