- Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) report 2025 [pdf] 8MB- This report details our ESG performance against the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing for the year ending 31 March 2025.
- Regulatory compliance - the Regulator for Social Housing (RSH) reviewed our gradings in December 2025 and has confirmed the following ratings:
- Consumer standards — C1 (The provider is delivering the outcomes of the consumer standards.)
- Governance - G1 (The provider meets our governance requirements.
- Viability – V2 (The provider meets our viability requirements. It has the financial capacity to deal with a reasonable range of adverse scenarios but needs to manage material risks to ensure continued compliance.)
- Value for Money Strategy 2024-2027 .pdf[pdf] 624KB This strategy defines our value for money ambitions and targets developed in consultation with our customers.
- Transactional performance: We report every month on our performance in key customer service areas and share this with customers here and via our monthly newsletter.
- TSMs: We also report our tenant satisfaction measures. These were introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing in 2023 and allow you to compare us with other housing providers.
