As one of the largest housing associations in the South East, we are committed to providing high-quality affordable homes to meet the local housing need as well as invest in our communities.
Our strategic plan target is 5% growth per annum. We are financially strong with a G1 V1 rating from our regulator and have funds in place and are keen to find new partners as well as building on the great relationships we already have.
We are keen to develop sites within a 45-minute drive from Maidstone and will also consider sites out of the area for private market sale. Sites predominantly for new affordable homes for rent or sale, and land or joint venture opportunities for the private market; capable of accommodating at least 20 units and up to 150 units. We’ll look at sites of less than 20 units if there are linked strategic opportunities.
