As a landlord we strive to create opportunities for our residents to maximise their potential employment opportunities and improve their financial situation. We not only provide high quality affordable homes but we aim to provide assistance for our residents to gain employment and training, increase their job prospects and maximise their income through work and benefits.
Upon being offered a property, where appropriate, prospective new tenants will be offered a ‘Benefits Maximisation Assessment’ to ensure they are claiming what they are entitled to.
New tenants claiming benefit will also be booked an appointment to meet with our Employment Support Advisor to help them get into work or increase their working hours. New tenants not in receipt of benefit will also be offered access to the service, should they wish to discuss / enhance their career opportunities.
