Gender, Ethnicity and Disability Pay Gap reporting 2024-25
At Golding, fairness and inclusion guide everything we do.
This year, we are pleased to see continued strength in our gender pay position, with women well represented across our organisation. Our mean gender pay gap improved to –1.92%, and our median gap reached full parity, demonstrating a fair and balanced approach to pay. Bonus data, reported meaningfully for the first time, also reflects encouraging balance, with both the mean and median bonus gaps in favour of women.
We also saw encouraging progress in the ethnicity pay gap, with the median improving to 0%, reflecting growing balance in representation. While our disability pay gap widened, increased disclosure has given us a clearer and more accurate picture, an important step forward. It highlights a key area of focus, and we remain committed to improving opportunities and progression for our differently abled colleagues.
Overall, the data shows a consistent theme: our structures are fair, and with continued focus on planned actions, we will grow representation at all levels. I’m confident that with our collective commitment, we will keep driving meaningful, positive change and inclusion across Golding. To find out more please view our full report and action plan
