MyGolding is our free, secure and convenient online service that helps customers to manage their own tenancy.
All you need to sign up is an email address and your tenancy number, which is on your rent statement.
We continue to work on improvements to MyGolding, our customer portal, to enhance its functionality and make it easier for all customers to better manage their housing account.

We’ve made changes so that you can now choose to set up weekly or monthly direct debits using the MyGolding customer portal.
We’ve improved the options available on your online account so that you can put in place a payment timetable that best suits the way you manage your household budget.
