MyGolding - our customer portal
MyGolding is our free, secure and convenient online service that helps customers to manage their own tenancy.
All you need to sign up is an email address and your tenancy number, which is on your rent statement. You can also download our MyGolding app from your usual app store to help manage your tenancy at any time during your day. What can I do on MyGolding?

By signing up to MyGolding you'll be able to:

You'll find viewing account balances and downloading statements is easy on any device.
- Make a payment anytime, anywhere
Making a payment online in a few simple steps using a payment reference number.
- Set up a direct debit
Put in place a payment timetable that best suits the way you manage your household budget with weekly or monthly direct debit options, which you can set up using the MyGolding customer portal.
- Add and update your contact details
Your contact details can be updated on the go, so you never miss a message.
- Book a repair
Book a repair in a few simple steps, using your phone or computer.
- View and update your household member information
Make sure we know who's living with you so we know how to best support all of you in your home.

Access information or contact us if you can't find what you need using the MyGolding customer portal.
