    Having extensive governance, strategic and legal experience, Anne is the corporate lead for governance and compliance matters and the Company Secretary for the Golding Group.  Having been a solicitor for more than 20 years including seven years with city firm Norton Rose, Anne’s role encompasses compliance with Regulatory Standards, Data Protection regulations and corporate Health and Safety legislation.

    Anne’s extensive stakeholder engagement and governance experience includes non-executive positions with the Governing Board of the Chartered Institute of Housing (Vice-Chair) and Chair of the Audit and Risk Board, national charity With You (Vice-Chair) and Eldon Housing Association (Vice Chair).

     Rohan joined Golding Homes in June 2019 and is responsible for leading strategic financial planning, treasury management, building new relationships and securing new sources of finance for Golding.

    Rohan has over 25 years experience within Finance including debt, equity and treasury management. His most recent experience has been as Head of Treasury at Watford Community Housing and Swan Housing.

    Rohan is a qualified Corporate Treasurer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

    He is committed to developing a strong and sophisticated Treasury & Financial Planning function, ensuring ongoing delivery of an appropriately risk-balanced, value enhancing service.

  3. Lenka Muir - Assistant Director of Delivery and Programme

    Lenka joined Golding from Optivo where she was a Development Manager, managing a team of Project Managers to deliver homes across Kent and Sussex. Lenka has over 12 years’ experience in development and asset management, having previously worked for AmicusHorizon Ltd and private maintenance companies. Lenka is focussed on applying best practice from both sectors to deliver on customer expectations.

    Lenka is an RICS Chartered Surveyor, holds a BA(Hons) in Business Studies and is a Prince 2 Practitioner. Lenka’s expertise and knowledge will help to deliver Golding Homes’ ambitious development programme.


  4. Lindsey Shorricks - Assistant Director of HR & Communications

    Lindsey joined Golding Homes in June 2018 and is responsible for ensuring both the HR Strategy and broader people agenda are aligned with driving the strategic objectives of the organisation.

    She has over 17 years experience within HR, with the last 12 years being spent in the professional services sector working at both KPMG and EY, where she was responsible for the Resource Management functions for the UK& Ireland.   Previously to this, she has worked in a variety of sectors including financial services, manufacturing and small private training providers across the multi-disciplines of HR. 

    She has a passion for people development and engagement and has broad experience of transformation and leading people through change. 

  5. Steve Stratford - Assistant Director of Property

    Steve joined Golding in July 2020 from MHS Homes and is responsible for overseeing property and compliance. He has over 20 years’ experience working in social housing after working his way up from Building Surveyor. His asset management experience spans delivery of planned works, compliance, fire safety and repairs and maintenance, including direct labour. Steve has a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and is an MRICS Chartered Surveyor and MCIOB Chartered Construction Manager.

    Steve is passionate about providing safe, well-maintained homes for customers and will work to develop and deliver a proactive asset management programme at Golding which will ensure our customers’ homes and estates are well looked after and safe.

  6. Terry Spillard - Assistant Director of Customers

    Terry joined in July 2020 from Optivo. He began his time there as a Housing Officer, before moving to become Neighbourhood Manager and then Regional Manager for Kent, where he was responsible for the management of more than 7000 homes.  Terry is passionate about housing with over 15 years sector experience and strives to deliver a positive experience for both customers and staff. Terry will be responsible for the customer-facing teams at Golding driving forward our ambition to provide excellent customer service.

    Terry is a member of Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute for Housing, as well as a Trustee and Treasurer for Home-Start, one of the leading family support charities in the UK. He is currently completing level 5 Institute of Leadership and Management diploma.
