We're investing £22m to make improvements in over 2,000 of our homes

Safe, decent homes

In our Asset Management Strategy 2024 -2027 [pdf] 2MB we've committed to spend £60million over three years on investing in our existing homes.

This increased investment will improve safety and satisfaction, make our homes more energy efficient and reduce demand for smaller repairs over time.

In 2024/25, we're investing £22m in our planned works programme, making improvements in over 2,000 of our homes. This year we'll replace:

•    300 kitchens
•    173 bathrooms
•    460 boilers
•    400 windows
•    464 doors
•    40 pitched roofs

Planned works

We have a rolling programme to replace different compontents in our homes. These are called planned works.

We carry out stock condition surveys to gather data about our properties, which help us determine when these components might need to be replaced. That's why it's really important we can gain access to your home to survey it when we need to.

Below you can see the review dates (in years) for different planned works. The timescale for replacing these components can vary depending on the condition of your property.
