Contractor and Carers guide to Golding Homes UK-CPM E-permits

All vehicles parked in our car parks/parking bays need to be registered on the UK-CPM Electronic Parking Permit Portal to be issued with a free electronic permit (E-permit). There’s no paper permit to display, the UK-CPM system will automatically recognise the numberplates of registered vehicles.

Before using our car parking areas Contractors / Carers must obtain a parking permit.

Please call Golding Homes on 0300 777 2600 or email help@goldinghomes.org.uk  with the following details:

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Telephone
  • Vehicle details – Make, Model, Colour and Registration
  • Contractors must also state the name of the Golding Homes team they are working with.
  • Carers should give the first line of address for their primary customer, or state ‘Multiple Customers’ where they look after many.

Please put PARKING PERMIT at the start of the subject line to help us identify and action these quickly. We'll register this information on the UK-CPM site and provide you with the reference number. This permit will be valid across all car parks that are owned by Golding Homes where parking is managed by UK-CPM. Any abuse of the permit parking facility and we'll act to cancel your permit.

Do not use our car parks until you've received a reply from Golding Homes with the reference number to confirm that you've been registered, or you may receive a penalty notice.
