Customer guide to UK-CPM E-permits

All vehicles parked in our car parks/parking bays need to be registered on the UK-CPM Electronic Parking Permit Portal to be issued with a free electronic permit (E-permit). There’s no paper permit to display. The UK-CPM system will automatically recognise the numberplates of registered vehicles.

How to register for an E-permit

  • You can log on to the UK-CPM Customer Parking Portal at the link here, or
  • scan the QR code below

  • Once on the portal follow the instructions and prompts on screen to create an account, select your address, and fill in your details.
  • Upload your documents as prompted on screen, including: a copy of your V5 or motor insurance or utility bill/other proof of residency and submit. This is to prove that you’re applying for an address where you live.

Once your application has successfully gone through you'll get an email to let you know.

Permits must be renewed each year so set a calendar reminder to renew it in time next year. To renew your registration simply repeat the same process as above, including uploading all documents. You can use the QR code above or this link: https://epermits.cpm-permits.co.uk/ to access the website. All customers are responsible for registering their vehicles on the UK-CPM Electronic Parking Permit Portal.

Request a visitor parking permit

Please note that there is no visitor parking at some of our sites.

To request a visitor parking ticket please:

  1. Log on to the Customer Parking portal
  2. Select your address and then choose the VISITOR option from the dropdown menu on screen. (Remember some sites have no visitor parking available so the option won’t appear on customer accounts for those sites).
  3. Follow the prompts on screen to fill in your visitor’s vehicle details and submit. You’ll get a 24hr pass, or
  4. Call UK-CPM on 0345 463 5050 and ask for a visitor pass. This is valid for 24hrs.

If you have a third party contractor coming to carry out work. For example, SKY, BT, the water board, you need to get a visitor pass for them on the day.
