At Golding we have ambitions for our customers and to deliver outstanding services.

We need customers to work with us to achieve these aims and are creating opportunities for you to get involved in making a difference across the organisation; from giving us feedback on our services to actively holding us to account on our promises to all customers. 

Right now, we are looking for customers who are interested in joining our Customer Insight Group. The Customer Insight Group will be supported to hold us to account for the service promises we have made, and to help us make sure that the customer is at the centre of everything we do. All of our panel members will have valuable experiences of our services.

This experience, together with your desire to see improvements in the services that we deliver to you and all customers is what we hope will inspire you to join the panel.

This group is not the place to bring your own service requests or complaints. They must all be directed though the usual channels.
