Investing in our Homes
Every year we make a significant investment in improving and repairing customers' homes. As part of our investment programme we carried out £3.6m of major improvement works to two apartment blocks in Maidstone, Midhurst Court, and Sunningdale Court. This included:
- Flat to pitched roof conversion (Inc. solar panels).
- Replacement windows.
- Replacement boilers (subject to survey).
- External decoration & repairs.
- Internal decoration to communal areas.
- Internal wiring and lighting upgrade to communal areas.
- Upgrade to the existing CCTV system
Hideaway Studios Group has worked with us to create a time-lapse video showing the improvement works at Midhurst Court including scaffolding being erected and taken down, flat to pitched roof conversion and replacement windows.
