New Homes coming to Erith
We are delighted to have successfully entered into contract to develop our first homes within the London Boroughs.
The Egerton Place development, based in Erith, will be a mix of Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership homes, built for us by Abbey Developments. Erith is located within the London Borough of Bexley and forms our first venture into this area.
The development will see us deliver 28 homes in total; 21 affordable rent houses and apartments, and 7 Shared Ownership properties. These will be developed in phases until late 2020, with the first homes being handed over in the coming months.
