Our Tenancy Support helps residents save money
Our Tenancy Support Team provides advice, guidance, and advocacy to our residents, helping them to save money, claim benefits, review budgets and more.

A 24 hour helpline has been set up to support vulnerable people in Kent who need urgent help, supplies or medication.

Fire safety in your home
While we are all following the Government’s guidance to stay indoors, it is also important to be more aware of potential fire risks within the home.

Essential only services
Following the Government’s latest guidance (23 March) we have made the decision to move to delivering essential only services, including repairs, to protect our customers and colleagues
