Will you deal with pestss in sheltered housing schemes?
Customers are responsible for pest control in their accommodation. However, to prevent an infestation spreading, we may arrange treatment.
You must take reasonable steps to avoid an infestation of insects, pests or vermin in your home or in common areas. If we have to deal with a pest problem that’s a direct result of a customer failing to take reasonable steps, we may recharge them the cost.
