What safety checks does my home need to have done?

It’s important to allow access each year for a gas safety check and we also need to carry out an electrical test every ten years and are moving towards checks every five years in future. Fire risk assessments are completed in communal areas and do not require access to your home, the frequency of these varies according to the needs of your building.
