Electrical

Electrical

We all rely on electricity to power our household devices so there’s nothing more frustrating when it stops working. We’ll work hard to get the power back as quickly as we can for you. If there’s a total loss of power in your home, please check it’s not a power cut or the fault of your electricity supplier. If you use a key meter, remember to check that you’ve got enough credit on it.

If none of your plug sockets work, but other circuits are still working, it may be because one of your appliances has tripped the switch. Please check your appliances before calling us. If the issue has been caused by a faulty appliance, we’ll charge you for the repair.

You’re expected to change your light bulbs and strip lights. If you need some help changing your light bulbs, we have a handyperson service available for customers in our OPAL schemes. We’ll help to fix fully enclosed (sealed) bathroom light fittings.
