Building Safety at Golding
We take your safety and the safety of your home very seriously. Our Building Safety team are here to support you and look after the safety of everyone living in one of our homes. The team carries out a building safety check of each of our high rise blocks once a month and mid rise blocks every six months. We’re doing more than ever before to make sure your building is safe and want to be able to share this with you. You’ll find links on this page to information on Fire Risk Assessments for all blocks of flats and our eight high rise buildings where larger works are already underway or planned.

*We work with Kent Fire and Rescue to make sure all our buildings meet regulations. This means that if there’s no extinguisher within a communal area, we’ve confirmed that it’s not needed.
