Customer Forums

We’re committed to working closely with you to shape our services and are focused on making a real impact and embedding meaningful change.  

One of the ways we're doing this is through expanding our customer engagement opportunities. Our customer forums are informal scrutiny sessions that are focused on a variety of services. Customers get the chance to meet team members working in the service area and discuss a range of different topics, giving their vital feedback on how we can shape and improve our services.
