Safer neighbourhoods
We welcomed customers to our head office in March 2025 for a session focused on anti-social behaviour (ASB) and gathering customer feedback about how we can improve.
Listen and Act
Listen – Customers want to understand who to contact for a particular issue.
Act – We've created a toolkit for the website to help you understand what is and isn't ASB and the steps you need to take in reporting your issues to the relevant teams.
Listen – Customers would like to see more information on the tools and powers we use in tackling ASB.
Act – We’re planning to raise awareness of these tools and powers through case studies for Home Matters, website and social media throughout the year. We’re also going to focus on mediation – what it is, how it can help and the benefits of using it.
Listen – Customers want a more personable service to support them in reporting ASB and build trust with Golding Homes
Act – We're organising more in person ASB events and surgeries in our neighbourhoods throughout the year. During ASB awareness week (30 June to 6 July) we’ll be holding three ASB surgeries in Ringlestone , Langley and Coxheath between 3pm – 6pm. We’re also trialling the use of video calls and in person visits to customers to discuss their ASB cases.
One customer who attended said:
Customer, Martin - "I wanted to attend as I have lots of ideas and am really keen to help in events like this. I feel Golding are getting back on track with listening to customers more and being proactive not reactive."
