We’re pleased to share that our Building Safety & Quality Panel has now held its first meeting and is up and running. The panel is already helping shape how we manage building safety and invest in our homes and neighbourhoods, ensuring customer voices are at the heart of our decisions. Our next meeting is planned for December and if you'd like to take part please get in touch.

Building safety customer engagement

In October 2024, we visited our eight tall buildings to speak directly with customers about building safety, accessibility needs, and emergency procedures. We also distributed a booklet and online survey to gather your ideas and feedback on fire protection and safety measures.

Thank you to everyone who took part—your feedback has been invaluable in developing our Building Safety Customer Engagement Strategy, now available on your building’s webpage.

Looking ahead, we’ll be back out knocking on doors in November 2025 to talk with you about building safety. We want to hear your preferences and needs to help keep you and your family safe, and ensure our approach reflects what matters most to you.
