Customer Bootcamps
We’re committed to working closely with you to shape our services and are focused on making a real impact and embedding meaningful change.
One of the ways we're doing this is through expanding our customer engagement opportunities. Our customer bootcamps are informal scrutiny sessions that are focused on a variety of services. Customers from our Customer Voice Panel are invited to meet team members working in the service area and discuss a range of different topics, giving their vital feedback on how we can shape and improve our services.
