Golding Lifeline is a service we offer to all customers and not just Golding Homes’ residents. This emergency alarm system is connected to your telephone and enables you to call for help in an emergency 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

With Golding Lifeline you and your family will have peace of mind in the knowledge that help is only a simple press of a button away.  Golding Lifeline has enabled many people to continue to live independently in their own homes.

What is a Golding Lifeline?
This simple piece of equipment works alongside your telephone and is plugged into your telephone socket and power point.  The Lifeline acts just like a telephone which can be activated by pressing a button on a pendant which can be worn around the neck or on the wrist with a supplied strap.  Once activated the lifeline unit sends an emergency call to the Telecare Centre and then the operator will be able to summon help from a key holder or the emergency services.  Key holders could be friends or family that can be contacted in an emergency.

There is no minimum contract for Lifeline so we are able to accommodate short term and long term needs.

This is a one off fee. A co-ordinator will visit your house, demonstrate the product and then install the lifeline equipment



A standard lifeline is provided with one pendant. A co-ordinator visits annually to test the equipment. Calls are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can pay monthly, quarterly or yearly.
