Your Grounds Maintenance service

Our current grounds maintenance contract with idverde UK is due to end in 2025, so we’ve started the process of looking at the new contract to provide grounds maintenance services to our outside shared spaces from 1 April 2025. We’re procuring the service for all our estates in one contract, as this offers better value for money that we’d not achieve if we procured the services on several smaller contracts. The services we’re looking to include in the contract are:

grass cutting

maintenance of shrubs and hedges

litter picking

sweeping of hard surfaces

weed treatment
-
tree works

Nominating a Contractor
Due to the value of the contract, we have to procure it in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This means we must publicly advertise the proposed contract, so we’re not inviting you to nominate a person or company from whom we should try to obtain an estimate .
