We have secured some credits due to either missed visits or poor performance by the previous grounds maintenance contractor, ID Verde.  These are all included in the total grounds maintenance costs in the accounts.

Some credits relate to poor performance earlier in 2024/2025 but most relate to performance in March 2025.  

We operate the grounds maintenance service on a summer schedule and a winter schedule.  The winter schedule runs from November to February, and the summer schedule runs from March until October.  This means grass cutting isn’t meant to begin until March 2025.  ID Verde missed some visits as well as missing some grass cutting and this is why we’ve secured credits from them which we’re passing back to our customers.
