Cleaning and caretaking services

Our cleaning team currently maintain and visit over  457 communal areas , spread throughout Kent each week. The service focuses on the upkeep of internal and external communal spaces, ensuring they’re clean and tidy, free from litter, and remain a safe and secure place. Our operatives are the eyes and ears of the business, reporting ASB, fly tipping, repairs and defects. They’re also crucial in advising if anything is left in communal areas and reporting any health and safety issues that may arise.  

Our specialist cleaning service includes: deep cleaning of bin areas, jet washing, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, stripping back and deep cleaning vinyl or tiled flooring.
