Grounds Maintenance
Our grounds maintenance service is delivered by our contractor, Goulds Landscape Ltd . They deliver the following services:
- grass cutting
- maintenance of shrubs and hedges
- litter picking
- sweeping of hard surfaces
- weed treatment

Gritting will take place from 2pm-4pm Monday to Thursday & 1:30pm-3:30pm on Fridays Priority 1. Spreading of Grit/ salt on OPAL schemes, specifically focusing on high traffic areas Priority 2. Spreading of Grit/ salt on previously known 4* schemes (Semi-sheltered Bungalows), specifically high traffic areas Priority 3. Spreading of Grit/ salt on entrances of high-rise blocks, focusing specifically high traffic areas |

The services for all our estates are covered in one contract. These costs are paid by customers through service charges. We aim to deliver better value for money, as well as improve service standards and maintenance of our shared outdoor spaces.
