Come and join us as a Board Committee member

We currently have a great opportunity to recruit two new Board Committee members: one to the Customer Experience Committee and one to the Audit and Assurance Committee. Both are paid positions, each with a salary of £3,500pa.

Our Board committees meet at least five times during the year.

The Golding Homes Board Customer Experience Committee

Customer Experience Board Committee advert We are excited to announce that we are now seeking applications from our customers (tenants, leaseholders, or shared owners) to join the Customer Experience Committee at Golding Homes. The successful candidate will be our first customer member of the committee, who will sit alongside existing board members who will be very happy to welcome and support you.

This committee reports directly to the board at Golding Homes, and has a central role in monitoring Golding’s performance against key strategic objectives, with a focus on customer service and customer involvement. The role will entail reviewing the information that is sent to the committee by Golding’s senior management team, and constructively holding Golding to account, always with the aim of improving services for all customers of Golding Homes.

The Golding Homes Board Audit and Assurance Committee

Your forensic, analytical eye for detail, your numeracy as well as audit and risk management skills would be a great addition to this Committee.

If you have experience of financial management and audit and accounting and believe that you have the ability to understand risk management, then we would love to talk to you about joining us at Golding Homes.

Could either post be for you? If you think it might, please do contact us at Golding and we will be more than happy to have an informal chat about what’s involved. Please call 0300 777 2600 and ask to speak with Anne Chapman, Assistant Director, Governance and Compliance. You can also email us at engage@goldinghomes.org.uk  and we’ll be in touch!
