Christmas Closing and Caretaking Cover
We will be closed over the Christmas period from 5pm Christmas Eve and will reopen 8.30am 2nd January.
During this time please call 0300 777 2600 to report emergency repairs out of office hours only. For non-urgent enquiries there are many other ways you can get in touch, from emailing us to completing an online form; just visit our Contact us page for more information.
Our Environmental Services team will also be operating a reduced service over the Christmas as detailed in the table below.
During the scheduled visits on 27, 30, 31 December, the teams will be checking the areas for any Health & Safety issues, ensuring any bin chutes are not blocked and rotating any communal bins.
We kindly ask that you be considerate with your waste, recycle in the green bins provided, and avoid blocking the chutes with oversized waste.
Please DO NOT place in the chutes:
- Pizza boxes
- Polystyrene packaging
- Christmas trees
- Large black bags
- Turkeys
- Cardboard
