Did you know you may be eligible to buy your home?
The Right to Buy scheme allows residents the opportunity to buy their home at a discounted price. The amount you have to pay depends on how much your home is worth on the open market, and your discount is based on how long you’ve held your tenancy.
This scheme is only available if you were a resident of Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) at the time of the transfer of your home to Golding Homes in 2004.
However, if you weren't a resident of MBC, you may have the Right to Acquire; a scheme giving eligible Golding Homes' customers the right to purchase the home they currently rent.
