Golding and Skillcrown sign Phase 2 contract for Shepway Regeneration

We’re delighted to announce that, today, we’ve signed the contract with project partner Skillcrown to develop phase 2 of our regeneration of Fielding Park in Shepway, Maidstone.
Tom Casey, Director of Development and Strategic Asset Management, Golding said:“We’re pleased to have exchanged contracts on Phase 2 of our Fielding Park development. This phase of the project will see the delivery of 57 homes for shared ownership and social rent as part of the wider Shepway Regeneration project.
We’ll be delivering a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom flats and 2 and 3 bedroom houses. The first homes in Phase 2 will be delivered in 2027."
Matt Arnold, Skillcrown’s Land & Development Director, commented:
“We’re delighted to once again partner with Golding Homes on this flagship regeneration scheme for the Shepway Estate. Phase Two represents a significant step in transforming the area, and Skillcrown remains fully committed to working closely with the community to create a development that everyone can be proud of.”
The detailed design is now underway, and demolition works are expected to begin in the coming weeks.
