We became members of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) last year to help us improve customer experience. One of the first things we did as a member was to invite you to complete an independent survey run by the ICS so you could have your say on our services and we would like your help to do this again.
Following your invaluable feedback, we’ve been working hard over the last year to make improvements to our services, including bringing our repairs service in-house and launching our online customer portal – MyGolding . We’ve increased customer engagement channels with customer phone in days with our CEO and directors, we’ve established a customer insight group, and we have improved our customer complaints handling. We’ve also provided more training and support for our colleagues to help us to deliver our vision of outstanding customer service.
