Our new Chief Executive, Steph Goad, will be doing her first customer phone in session on Thursday 23 June.
If you’d like to speak to Steph and give some feedback then all you need to do is call the dedicated freephone line, 0800 170 7766 between 1pm and 6pm. To allow Steph to speak to as many customers as possible, calls will be limited to ten minutes. If you can’t get through, do please keep trying as we’re unable to make call backs.
These sessions are for you to give constructive feedback on our services and help us to improve. Please remember if you have a complaint to make you should do this via our new improved complaints process, which you can find out about here.
