First "in your neighbourhood" event is a great success
Our first “in your neighbourhood” event in Marden on Tuesday 24 August was a great success thanks to the customers that we met and spoke to.
As part of our focus on customers and improving our services we want to work to make improvements to estates and the environment.
Golding Homes colleagues from across the organisation are getting out into our communities and spending time meeting customers.
Genette Pinwill Head of Tenancy Management at Golding said:
“Our first event in Marden was really successful. Customers told us what they liked about the area and what they want to see improved, as well as sharing the communal and estate repairs they want done.
“Over half of those we spoke to also want to get more involved with Golding, which is really important in helping us to make improvements to our services and neighbourhoods. We will be holding two further estate inspections in Marden to make sure repairs are completed and will work with customers on the other issues shared on this day.”
